Bard

Overview / Role​

The Bard is the male performance class evolved from Archer. Through musical instruments and songs, Bards provide powerful party-wide buffs and debuffs that define WoE strategies.

Requirements​

  • Base Level: None
  • Job Level: 40 (minimum) as Archer
  • Gender: Male
  • Prerequisite: Archer; complete the Bard job change quest in Comodo.

Advancement Path​

At Base Level 99 / Job Level 50, advances via Rebirth to Minstrel (Clown).

Job Level Cap: 50

Key Skills​

  • Musical Strike: Single-target ranged hit with instruments.
  • Poem of Bragi: Reduces party cast time and after-cast delay.
  • Apple of Idun: Massive party HP regen.
  • Assassin Cross of Sunset: Boost party ASPD.
  • Encore / Lullaby: Sleep AoE; performance management.

Bards shine in parties and WoE. Pair with a Dancer for Ensemble skills like Lullaby and Mr. Kim a Rich Man. Solo levelers can use Musical Strike with high DEX.
