Experience

Experience (EXP) is earned by defeating monsters and completing quests. Every character has two EXP bars: Base EXP (raises Base Level) and Job EXP (raises Job Level). Both must be filled to develop your character fully.

EXP Is Fixed per Monster

Your level and the monster's level do not affect EXP gained. A Poporing always yields 81 Base EXP, whether you're Lv 30 or Lv 99.

Party Experience

Even Share Formula

When a party uses Even Share, kill EXP is split evenly:

EXP per member = (Total EXP / Number of Party Members) + 1

Experience Tap Bonus

Each extra player who interacted with a monster grants a +25% EXP bonus to the killer. "Interaction" means either dealing damage or receiving non-skill damage from that monster — and the players don't need to be in your party.

Modifier Stacking

The order modifiers are applied determines your final EXP.

TaeKwon Masters (Aligned Monsters):

Final EXP = ((Original × Event) × Tap × (Weapon + Card + Manual)) × (Blessing + Mental Sensing)

All Other Classes:

Final EXP = ((Original × Event) × Tap × (Weapon + Card + Manual)) × Mental Sensing

Quest Experience Cap

One Level Per Quest

Quest EXP cannot push you past the next level. Excess EXP is wasted.

Maximum Gain Formula

Max EXP from quest = (EXP required for current level × 2) - Current EXP - 1

Worked Example

FieldValue
Character Level60
EXP needed for Lv 61365,914
Current EXP100,000
Quest reward900,000 EXP (Lost Child)
Max gain(365,914 × 2) − 100,000 − 1 = 631,827
Wasted268,173
Maximize Quest EXP

Turn in big quests when your current EXP bar is near 0% — that's when the cap is highest.

Leveling Tips

Level Faster
  1. Stack modifiers — Battle Manuals + race cards + tap bonus multiply.
  2. Party up — Even Share + Tap Bonus typically outpaces solo grinding.
  3. Time quests — Cash in big quest rewards at near-empty EXP bars.
  4. Match map to level — Pick maps where the monster mix gives strong EXP for your kill speed.
  5. Ride event bonuses — Server EXP events stack with everything else.
