Sign Quest - Part 7: The Sign

Steps 1-3: Obtaining The Sign

1. Talk to Kirkena (if applicable, have 5 Witch's Medals)
2. Return Serin's Gold Ring to Serin if obtained
3. Visit Valkyrie Temple - receive "The Sign" from Sandra

Steps 4-6: Repairs and Studies

1. Return "The Sign" to Metz in Prontera
2. He studies it 3-4 hours (pickup window: round up current time PST to nearest even hour, add 2 hours)
3. Take "The Sign" to Engel Howard at mjo_dun02 (88, 295) for repairs (3-4 hours needed)
4. Return to Metz

Reward: 2,000,000 Base EXP

Steps 7-8: Lucifer's Lament

1. Bring "The Sign" + Sobbing Starlight to Gen
2. Travel to Lady Hell's room
3. Deliver Sobbing Starlight
4. Receive "Lucifer's Lament" and watch display
5. Visit Geffen Fountain to access Geffenia dungeon

Important Notes

• Sir Jore can only be spoken to during 5pm-10pm Pacific Time daily
• Most NPCs in Nifflheim are DEAD NPCs - walk near them to interact
• Metz study/Engel repair windows are calculated from PST/PDT timestamps
• Serin's Gold Ring cannot be stored in Kafra during the quest; becomes storable after completion
