Quest Flow
- Gather 30 Red Herbs, 30 Yellow Herbs, 30 Green Herbs, 5 Blue Herbs, 1 Counteragent, 1 Mixture, and 1 Empty Bottle.
- Enter the house in the top-right corner of Morroc and talk to Java Dullihan.
- Select Make Dyestuffs.
- Choose Black Dyestuffs.
- Select Make Dyestuffs again to confirm.
