Complete Walkthrough

Step 1: Visit the Mage Guild

Go to the Mage Guild in northwestern Geffen and speak with the girl at the blackboard.

Step 2: Receive Your Assignment

She will assign you a solution number (1-4) which determines which items you need to collect.

Step 3: Check the Bookshelf

Consult the bookshelf in the same room for ingredient locations.

Step 4: Gather Items

Collect all the items required for your assigned solution number (see table above).

Step 5: Use the Mixing Machine

Use the mixing machine in the Mage Guild. Enter the correct mixing code for your solution number.

Step 6: Submit Your Solution

Return to the girl with your completed Unknown Solution.

Step 7: Complete Job Change

Receive your job change confirmation to Mage upon correct submission.

Warning: Mixing errors require you to re-gather all items from scratch!
