Respond affirmatively when asked about trying Tom Yum Goong. He directs you to find Mali the Spicy, whose establishment is in the bottom-right area of town.

Meet Mali the Spicy at
ayo_in01(145, 163) and agree to help her gather ingredients. -
Obtain Shrimp: Purchase 20 Shrimp from Thongpool at Ayothaya (153, 86) for 11,000 Zeny. Return to Mali the Spicy with the items.

Obtain Lemons: Play Rock Paper Scissors against Mr Jun at Ayothaya (121, 240). Win 3 out of 5 rounds to receive 10 Lemons.

Obtain Chilies: Buy 30 Red Chilies from Merchant Thongdum at Ayothaya (213, 94) for 2,000 Zeny.

Deliver the chilies to Mali the Spicy, who prepares the dish and awards your reward.
