4. Locate the bottle near skeleton piles at mosk_dun03 (225, 233); requires repeated clicking
5. Bring the bottle to Babayaga; she asks you to collect villagers' words inside it
6. Travel to Moscovia and gather words from:
   • Children (202, 102)
   • Young people (233, 204)
   • Middle-aged man (253, 175)
   • A woman
7. Guards intercept you at mosk_dun02 (53, 217) due to suspicious behavior
8. Present 40 Yaga's Pestles to Czar Alexei in the palace (mosk_in 131, 92)
9. Return and read the instruction book beside Babayaga (mosk_in 217, 45)
10. Follow a detailed potion-crafting sequence at the pot (mosk_in 221, 43)
11. Receive the completed medicine from Babayaga and place it in the bottle
12. Drop the bottle at Moscovia square (224, 190) to break it
13. Return to Czar Alexei for your reward
